Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Creator Avalon at creatoravalon.com (the “Service”). By using the Service — as a creator with a page, or as a visitor — you agree to these terms.

The Service

Creator Avalon lets a content creator publish a single portfolio page showing their work, stats, and contact details. Stat cards and clip view counts shown as live numbers are pulled directly from the relevant platform’s own API (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Instagram) via a connection the creator authorizes — they are never manually entered, and we do not permit fabricated or self-reported figures to be displayed as live stats.

Creator accounts

To manage a page, a creator signs in via a one-time email link. You’re responsible for the content you add to your page and for keeping access to your email account secure.

Connecting a platform account (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram) grants us read-only access to the public metrics that account’s API exposes, solely to display them on your page. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, impersonate another person or brand, or attempt to circumvent the live-stat verification described above (for example, by connecting an account you don’t own). We may remove content or suspend a page that violates these terms.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your page. By publishing it, you grant us the license needed to host and display it as part of the Service. Stats and data pulled from a connected platform remain subject to that platform’s own terms.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and a connected platform’s own API limits or outages can affect whether live stats are shown at a given moment. We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Creator Avalon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
