Privacy Policy

Creator Avalon (“we,” “us”) provides portfolio pages for content creators at creatoravalon.com (the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it’s handled — for both creators who run a page here and visitors who view one.

Information we collect

Account & profile data. If you sign in as a creator, we store your email address (used only for sign-in and account-related email) and whatever profile content you add to your page — name, bio, links, photos, stat cards, and clips.

Connected-platform data. If you choose to connect a YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Instagram account so your page can show real, live stats, we request only the minimum access needed to read public metrics like subscriber/follower counts, view counts, and video counts. We store the access token needed to keep that connection working and the stats it returns — never your password, and never anything beyond what that platform’s permission screen describes. You can disconnect an account at any time from your dashboard, which stops us from reading any further data from it.

Visitor data. When someone views a creator’s page, we log basic, aggregated analytics — page views, referring site, approximate country, and device type — to give creators insight into their audience. We don’t track visitors across other websites, and we don’t build advertising profiles.

How we use it

We use this information to run and improve the Service: authenticating creators, displaying accurate live stats on public pages, sending account-related email (sign-in links, invites, and optional activity digests), and showing creators aggregate analytics about their own page. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Third parties we rely on

We use infrastructure and API providers to operate the Service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and the official APIs of YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram for any platform a creator chooses to connect. Each of these providers processes data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms.

Data retention & deletion

We keep account and profile data for as long as an account exists. Disconnecting a platform account removes our stored access to it and stops further data collection from that platform. To request deletion of your account or data, email us at hello@creatoravalon.com.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
